Since 2006, we have been developing lighting you can trust
Lighting Up Your Future
LED-POL was founded in 2006 in Bielsko-Biała, at a time when LED lighting was only beginning to transform the market. From the very beginning, we grew alongside the technology — expanding our expertise, developing our product portfolio and building relationships with new business partners.
What started as a local business has grown into an organisation operating across several European markets. For us, growth has never been simply about adding more products. Above all, it has meant developing the expertise, teams and standards that allow us to take responsibility for quality and ensure smooth, efficient cooperation with our partners.
Today, we still value the principles that mattered to us from the start: a short path from idea to decision, direct communication and a practical approach to solving problems.
One person, one idea and a belief in the future of energy-efficient lighting.
Expansion of sales beyond Poland and the development of a local presence in Central Europe.
Launch of direct support for partners in additional markets.
Strengthening our system for verifying product performance and quality.
Launch of a new high-bay warehouse facility.

We develop lighting responsibly
Expertise that stays within the company
LED-POL is built by people responsible for product development, quality, sales, export, marketing, finance, logistics and the day-to-day support of our partners.
Many members of our team have grown with the company over the years. This allows us to combine technical expertise with practical market experience and long-term business relationships.
We do not build our organisation solely around procedures or individual relationships. We achieve the best results when our people’s experience is supported by clear standards, accountability and efficient communication.
Close to our partners across Europe
LED-POL develops its business from Poland while working with partners across numerous European markets. Our headquarters and the organisation’s core competencies are based in Poland. Local companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia allow us to better understand the needs of these markets and provide partners with direct, local support. Further international market development is managed by our dedicated export team.
Fewer declarations.
More tangible action.
We see responsibility as a way of making decisions about our products, packaging, supplier relationships, people and the wider environment in which our company operates.
We do not want to reduce it to a single slogan. Instead, we show the measures we have already implemented, the initiatives currently underway and the goals we are still working towards.
LED-POL has established cooperation with the Mysikrólik Foundation, an organisation dedicated to wildlife protection and environmental education.
We develop solutions that can reduce energy consumption compared with traditional lighting technologies. We communicate performance data and energy-related benefits in relation to specific products and defined conditions of use.
For selected ORO product lines, we have begun redesigning our packaging by eliminating coated surfaces and selected plastic components in favour of uncoated materials that are easier to recycle.
